With a solid foundation in finance and business, Jim Richter has cultivated a career dedicated to empowering individuals and businesses to thrive financially. After studying at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Jim earned his degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago.

He honed his expertise during an eight-year tenure as Managing Director at PT Asset Management, LLC, where he led with strategic insight and a commitment to excellence. Today, Jim is the President of Monotelo Advisors, a financial planning and
